WoC Therapists
An exhaustive and regularly updated list of WoC therapists in London. If you are able to afford a therapist, here's a list of WoC you can go see. (The term therapist is used loosely to cover all areas of therapy. Carefully research any of the people below to make sure they are what you need).
You can also go through your GP and go on a waiting list on the NHS. While waiting, you can speak to people on the phone or go to groups for alcohol dependancy, abuse and more.
